Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 17 August 2026

1. Overview

We want customers to have confidence when subscribing to HubNest.

If you experience an issue with the Services, please contact our support or billing team. We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue, resolve it, or provide an appropriate workaround.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, customers may request a refund within:

7 days from the original purchase date.

Refunds are subject to the eligibility requirements described below. If approved, the subscription may be cancelled and the applicable amount refunded.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, customers may request a refund within:

30 days from the original purchase date.

If approved, HubNest may provide a full refund and downgrade the account to the applicable free or non-paid plan, where available.

4. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription through the applicable HubNest billing settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of an already-paid billing period.

5. Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the subscription terms selected at purchase.

Before renewal, HubNest may provide a reminder or billing notification where required or appropriate.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

The source subscription terms use automatic renewal as the default model and provide for renewal notifications.

6. Refund After Renewal

If a customer forgets to cancel before renewal, refund eligibility will depend on HubNest's applicable refund window.

For example, HubNest defines:

  • Monthly renewal: 3 business days
  • Annual renewal: 7 days

After the applicable period expires, refunds may not be available except where required by law or expressly approved by HubNest.

7. Partial Annual Downgrade

A partial annual downgrade may include:

  • Reducing user licenses;
  • Downgrading the service edition;
  • Removing an add-on;
  • Changing a support plan.

Where HubNest supports annual subscription credits, the unused portion may be provided as account credit or subscription extension rather than a cash refund.

The exact calculation method should be defined by HubNest's final pricing and billing system before publication.

8. Service Changes

If HubNest removes or permanently discontinues a material paid functionality that was available when you subscribed, you may contact support.

Depending on the circumstances, HubNest may:

  • Provide an alternative;
  • Provide a workaround;
  • Provide service credit;
  • Provide a prorated refund where appropriate.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available where:

  • The account was suspended or terminated for violating the Terms;
  • The customer engaged in fraud or abuse;
  • The customer violated applicable law;
  • The customer misused the Services;
  • The refund request is outside the applicable refund period;
  • The applicable payment provider does not permit reversal;
  • The customer has already received an approved refund or credit for the same period.
The source policy similarly excludes refunds where an account is terminated, suspended, or blocked because of violations such as phishing, impersonation, fraud, or legal breaches.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing time may depend on:

  • Payment provider;
  • Bank;
  • Card issuer;
  • Payment method;
  • Transaction processing timelines.

11. Taxes

Refunds involving taxes will be handled according to applicable tax and payment rules.
