HubNest Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, and GDPR regulations, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your HubNest account and all associated personal data.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile Credentials: Name, registered email, password hashes, and mobile profile records.
- Hub Roles & Grants: CloudCalling, Toll-Free, HRMS, HubNotification, and MeetHub assignments.
- SSO Authentication: All active session tokens and Single Sign-On credentials revoked immediately.
Data Retention & Legal Compliance
In accordance with Indian tax laws (GST Act 2017) and financial audit obligations, completed invoice records and transaction receipts are retained for the statutory period (typically 7–8 financial years) in an anonymized, read-only state.
Deletion requests are queued immediately and fully purged across all databases and secondary backup snapshots within 30 days.
